There are two large balconies on the top two floors spanning a third of the building on the left, and three private balconies of the middle three floors on the right. Flying up and turning to the right reveals a large wrap-around balcony on the fourth floor with planters and more faint mountains on the horizon. Cut to flying in from the corner shows the rich brown wooden facade with tiered landscaping on the bottom, and a rooftop deck with string lights at the top. Cut to flying sideways across the rooftop deck. Near the rooftop deck entry there covered outdoor armchairs, couches, high-top tables with wire bar chairs, a large TV mounted on the wall. Panning to the right away from the covered spaced there are two large stainless steel grills, a dining table with seating for eight, and a large lounge seating area under string lights with seating for ten. Cut to zooming in on the main entrance exterior, the bottom floor has soaring windows and sign over the door that says Knox. Cut to flying over the resident parking lot with several medium sized trees and lamps. The Knox logo fades in again.
